With two small kids, any dinner I can make that’s easy for little hands to hold is always a win. These Baked Hawaiian Rolls are so gooood. I’m pretty sure I could eat a whole pan by myself.
Sometimes the kids like meat, sometimes they only want rice and vegetables. They are pretty demanding for people who do not have a job or any income. Because I never know what their taste buds will be like, I like to make a few different combinations with ham, turkey, and roast beef.
These are also great to freeze and serve for lunch throughout the week.
Let’s get to making the goodness
1. Melt butter and mix in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced onions.
2. Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally (keeping all top and bottom halves separately intact).
3. In a 9×13 inch pan, place the bottom half of rolls and cover with your choice and combination of meat (ham, turkey, roast beef – [choose 1 meat or try them all]) and your choice of cheese.
4. Cover meat and cheese with the top half of the rolls.
5. Drizzle butter mixture over top of rolls, making sure onion is evenly distributed.
6. Cover with aluminum foil
7. Refrigerate overnight.
8. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
9. Once finished, separate rolls for serving.
10. Enjoy your Baked Sweet Rolls Meat Sliders
